Let’s Get You Enrolled: A Friendly Walkthrough of Our Enrollment Process

Excited to begin your journey with us? We’re just as thrilled to welcome you aboard! To help you get started stress-free, we’ve put together this simple and friendly guide to walk you through the enrollment steps. Whether you're a freshman, transferee, or parent assisting a student, this article breaks it down—no guesswork needed!

A. Pre-Admission Steps
  • Submit Your Online Application. Kick things off by visiting our application page. It only takes a few clicks to submit your details and officially raise your hand to join us!
  • Schedule and Take the Intake. Exam Once you've applied, it’s time to choose an exam schedule. We offer separate testing dates depending on your program:
    Midwifery and Nursing
    Other Higher Education and Basic Education programs
    Choose the one that fits you best, and get ready to show what you know!
    Complete the Intake Interview. You’ll fill out the Individual Inventory Record and attach a photocopy of your required documents. Then head over to the Student Development and Welfare Office where we’ll get to know you a little better and hear about your goals.
    Medical and Physical Exam. Download the medical request form from your student applicant portal and head to Antique Medical Center (AMC) for your check-up. Once it’s done, submit the results to our school clinic so we can complete your health screening.
B. Admission Steps
Submit Your Credentials. For incoming Grade 7, Grade 11, and first-year college students: Submit the original copy of your documents to the Admissions Office. For transferees: Please turn in your original credentials to the Registrar’s Office for evaluation.
Pay Your Down Payment. A down payment of ₱4,000.00 secures your slot! Make your payment at the SAC cashier. Once done, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Keep it safe!
Register Online. You’re nearly there! Use your student number (given during the admission process) to log in to the SAC student portal and officially register. That’s your digital key to academic resources, class schedules, and more.
