TYPES OF SCHOLARSHIPS & FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

    1. Academic Scholarship
      • Shall be given to incoming first year students who belong to the top 10 of their class of 40 coming from both public and private schools.
      • The incoming top 1 to 5 students shall avail of 100% free tuition and 50% for top 6 to 10 students.
      • The scholar shall maintain a subject grade of at least 85% in all credited and non-credited subjects.

 

    1. College Assisted Students
      • Shall be financially challenged but deserving students and willing to study while rendering duty in the office.
      • CAS shall maintain a weighted grade of 80% per semester with no failing grade.
      • The grantee shall be granted an 18-unit free tuition and shall render 20 hours of work per week in the offices where they will be assigned.

 

    1. Dean’s List Scholarship
      • Shall be availed of by a student with one year residency in the college. The student shall have the highest weighted average in every program per semester to avail of such scholarship.
      • The scholar shall have earned at least 85% and weighted average of at least 90%.
      • The scholar shall be granted 100% free tuition and miscellaneous.

 

    1. Bishop De Wit Memorial Scholarship
      • Shall be given to incoming first year students who are willing to enroll in Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, Bachelor of Secondary Education, Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and AB Philosophy with an above average result in the placement test.
      • The scholars shall avail 50% discount on tuition fees.

 

    1. Raymundo and Consuelo Azurin Scholarship
      • This is a private scholarship sponsored by the Raymundo and Consuelo Azurin.
      • Shall be given to incoming first year students who are financially in need with weighted average of 85% in their 4th
      • The scholar must maintain a grade of 85% in all subjects and must have a weighted average of 85%.
      • The scholar shall be granted 100% free tuition.

 

    1. John Mary Vianney Scholarship
      • Shall be given to incoming first year students who are financially in need and those who are active in their Parish.
      • The scholar must maintain a grade of 80% in all subjects and weighted average of 80%.
      • A financial assistance of Php 3,000.00 per semester shall be given to the scholar.

 

    1. Chief Engr. David James Cloud Scholarship
      • Shall be given to incoming first year students who are financially in need but with academic capabilities.
      • The scholar must maintain a grade of 83% in all subjects and weighted average of 83%.
      • The scholar shall be granted 100% free tuition including miscellaneous.

 

    1. Government Scholarship
      • This scholarship is governed by the corresponding government agency giving the scholarship like CHED and TESDA.

 

    1. Basic Education Scholarship
      • This is given to Grade 2 to 6 pupils who are top 1 in their class and for grades 8 to 12 who are also top 1 in their class.
      • The pupil shall avail of 100% free tuition.

 

    1. PGMA Higher Education Loan Program
      • Provides financial assistance to 3rd year and 4th year or 5th students in order to complete their college education. 

 

    1. Student Organizations & Clubs Tuition Incentives
      • This is given to students who are officers/members of recognized student organizations and to students who receives meritorious awards in sports and socio-cultural activities as recommended by the Student Affairs Office.

Scholarship Requirements

Academic Scholarship

  • Certification of High School Principal as to class rank of the student indicating the number of graduating students.
  • Photocopy of Form 138

 

College Assisted Student

  • Application letter addressed to Community Extension & External Relations Officer
  • Photocopy of latest grade or Form 138
  • Barangay Certification as to income of parents
  • Recommendation letter from Parish Priest
  • Interview

 

Dean’s List Scholarship

  • Recommendation letter coming from respective Deans duly approved by the proper authorities.

 

Bishop De Wit Scholarship

  • With at least above average result in Placement/Entrance Test
  • Referral from the Guidance Services Office

 

Raymundo and Consuelo Azurin

  • Application letter addressed to Community Extension & External Relations Officer
  • Photocopy of latest grade or Form 138
  • Copy of Parent’s Income Tax Return
  • Recommendation letter from Parish Priest

 

St. John Mary Vianney

  • Application letter addressed to Community Extension & External Relations Officer
  • Photocopy of latest grade or Form 138
  • Barangay Certification as to income of parents
  • Recommendation letter from Parish Priest
  • Interview

 

Chief Engr. James David Cloud

  • Application letter addressed to Community Extension & External Relations Officer
  • Photocopy of latest grade or Form 138
  • Barangay Certification as to income of parents

  • Interview

 

Government Scholarship

  • As required by the specific government agency giving the scholarship
