St. Anthony’s College (SAC) operates a duly recognized Grade School Curriculum under Department of Education Recognition No. ER-103 s. 2013.  Pursuant to Republic Act 10533 or the Enhanced Basic Education Act of 2013, the Grade School incorporates one year of Kindergarten for children aged five years, and Grade 1 to Grade 6 for children aged six to 11 years.

Prior to Grade School, SAC also offers programs for Toddler for children aged three years; and Nursery, for children aged four years.

A child in Grade School goes through the following core learning areas: Araling Panlipunan, English, Edukasyong Pantahanan at Pangkabuhayan/Technology and Livelihood Education, Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao, Filipino, Math, MAPEH (Music, Arts, PE, Health), and Science.  Children in Grades 1-3 undergo the Mother Tongue-Based Multi-Lingual Education (MTB-MLE).
